Our host made everything easy to plan, with dining and sightseeing suggestions and quick replies whenever we had a question. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking window views, especially around sunset. It’s only a short walk to the main attractions and local restaurants, which made for a wonderful stay in Orvieto. I highly recommend the place. It really made the trip memorable.

Luigi was genuinely kind and helpful, and the apartment had a wonderful view over the city rooftops. I stayed for three nights in his lovely place, right in the centre of Orvieto. It was warm, quiet, spotless, tidy, and tastefully furnished. I love Orvieto and can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

Covered parking came with the price, and it was easy to reach on foot. Luigi and his partner, Emanuela, were kind and helpful throughout our two-night stop in Orvieto. The White House is on the top, third floor of a historic building, with no elevator, in a quiet spot just steps from the Duomo and other main sights. The apartment felt bright and comfortable, and it was clean and welcoming from the start. We were really pleased and would recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.

The old town is small, and the center and restaurants are close by, though I doubt I’d have found much in two days without Google. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but getting up the steep flight of stairs is a workout. Luigi was very friendly and met us by the parking lot, showed us where to park, then drove us to the apartment. When we left, he picked us up and took us back to the lot, since visitors can’t drive inside the old town.
