The food was a real highlight during our stay, and the staff were polite and lovely throughout. Our room was beautiful and very clean, and we also enjoyed the pool and sauna. The ski storage was handy, with the ski bus stopping right outside. When we arrived, a young receptionist greeted us and was kind and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was cosy and very nice, and the ski storage was convenient, with the ski bus stopping outside. Ossana, a charming village, is very close by. We found the pool and sauna nice, and dinner was nice too. Breakfast was acceptable, though the staff could be more flexible about its timing. Everything was clean, and the staff were very polite and nice.
