The property is immaculate, and the rooms are modern and beautifully designed. The owners are incredibly welcoming, and the cook makes delicious food. We had such a remarkable stay that we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to return, and would recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant was superb and flexible, and the staff made us feel like we were staying with family. The garden suites sit far apart across the grounds, with a sense of near-total seclusion and a view over the valley where black pigs roam freely until dinner. The setting is about as picturesque as Sicily gets. We’ll definitely stay again.

The hosts made us feel right at home during our Ferragosto holiday, and it was a fantastic day. We were spoiled by the pool with food from an extraordinary chef, plus tastings of their house-made porchetta, salami, and prosciutto. After a great afternoon by the pool, we had a range of gourmet pizzas in the restaurant. The resort and its surroundings felt magical. We’d definitely visit again.

Fabulous and frustrating. We spent three nights on this working farm in one of the luxury lodges. Daniele was excellent and attentive, and breakfast was very good. But the one dinner we had was poor. Maybe it was because the restaurant was quiet and we were the only guests there. Since the farm produces pork, we’d hoped for a leg, fillet, or chops, but were offered pork belly, which is the worst cut. Sorry, that wasn’t good enough. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived, and even after we reported it, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. This was the only hotel we visited in Sicily without Wi-Fi in the room. Given the cost, that also wasn’t good enough.
