The rooms scored 10 out of 10 for location, cleanliness, and product quality. Alina looks after the place like it's her baby and thinks of every detail to make you feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I was surprised she bakes for the guests every single morning. You don't need to look anywhere else to experience Palermo.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was really nice too. Daniele was very pleasant, and Pippo the waiter gave us a lovely morning welcome. Pippo is a lovely dog.

It's a budget room, so you have to share it with other people, though the room itself is okay. Getting up to it in the lift is quite an adventure. The place is right in the market center, with a bus stop just a short walk away and some locations nearby.

We had a lovely stay with our one-year-old, and I’d gladly use this place as our base in Palermo again. It’s on the fourth floor of an old building, but there’s an elevator, and it worked well for us as a family with a small child. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and the owners were kind and helpful. Everything is only a few steps away thanks to the central location.
