EXPA

Giulia and Giorgia were such good hosts. They let us arrive early, pointed us toward some great places to explore, and served an awesome breakfast. The apartment was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to see Palermo.

The breakfast had a great choice of local sweet and savoury products, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and carefully looked after. This was a wonderful experience that went beyond what I expected. The property is also just a few steps from the city’s main monuments.

The owner and staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and quick to help. There was a mix-up and we got the family room rather than the family suite. I messaged them on WhatsApp and heard back right away; they said they’d sort it out the next morning, and they did. They also gave a sincere apology. The quick reply and solution mattered most to us. The location is ideal, right in the centre, near the opera house and shopping street, with loads of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are simply furnished but tidy. Just be aware that beds aren’t made and clean towels are provided every 2 days. Breakfast is served at the table, and it was different each day. It included Sicilian specialties, so there were lots of sweets. Everything came with a big smile.

We’re really happy with our stay. The room was cozy and clean, the service was good, and breakfast was varied and very good. The staff were so friendly.
