The owner was the part that really made this stay for me. He was kind, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I accidentally locked myself out with the key inside, contacted him, and within five minutes he had sorted it out and given me a new key. That care and speed meant a lot. The house was beautiful and comfortable, right in the heart of Palermo, so exploring the city was easy. I couldn't be happier with the accommodation or the host, and the whole stay went smoothly. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.

The rooms matched the photos, the prices were fair, and the location was perfect. Luca was responsive and had good recommendations for places to eat. He also shared tips on renting a car in Sicily. A wonderful experience.

The bedding was really comfortable, and Luca was a great host, always available and very accommodating. He sent us lots of good addresses and even offers free luggage storage. We'll definitely be back for a third time! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
