A gorgeous BnB in a historic palazzo, with such wonderful staff 💓

We’d never stayed anywhere so beautiful. Fate brought us to Donna Franca's, and it felt like a dream. Anastasia was such a lovely hostess, and we’re grateful we got to meet her. Breakfast was amazing too. The guesthouse itself is breathtaking, with painted ceilings and décor worthy of a five-star hotel. It’s quiet, close to the center, and conveniently located near all the amenities. We stayed August 22-26, 2025 and had a wonderful time. I’d happily return if I’m ever in Sicily. Thank you!

The neighborhood gets a little noisy, though it was no worse than other places in Palermo, and earplugs came in handy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment is beautifully decorated, especially the ceilings, which are works of art. Anastasia was a wonderful host and did everything she could to make me comfortable. She even arranged an early breakfast so I could make it to my conference.

We found it easy to relax at night since the street was quiet, even though the harbor and city center are both quickly accessible. We spent a week here in August and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom is spacious, and the air conditioning helped us sleep despite the summer heat. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a small selection, but everything was excellent, and eating together at one table made it easy to chat with other guests. We highly recommend this B&B.
