A great host. Whenever we ran into an issue, it was taken care of quickly and without any hassle.

Right in the center, and nice and clean.

The neighborhood was quite noisy. We struggled to fall asleep and were woken up a few times by loud sounds during the night. Still, the B&B is in a handy spot near Teatro Massimo, so we could walk to the main sights. Anastasia greeted us warmly, was very helpful, and suggested places to eat. Breakfast was good, the staff were helpful, the rooms very clean, and the beds comfortable.

The room faced inward, away from the traffic, so it was quiet. From Politeama, you can walk to nearly everything, which is why I picked this B&B for my first visit to Palermo. The owner and staff were very kind and ready to help. Breakfast tasted really good, though it wasn't very varied: there wasn't much savory food, and the desserts stayed the same. The bathroom was spacious, with fresh towels every day, good toiletries, and plenty of room. The bedroom was small, which wasn't a problem by itself, but the furnishings felt out of place. With frescoed ceilings and Art Nouveau furniture in the apartment, I couldn't understand the tiny white wardrobe, badly put-together drawers, and broken hangers. There were stains and scuffs on the wall, a bedspread made from very cheap-looking fabric, and a stained decorative cushion. Some kind of autoclave kept switching on, too, so earplugs were needed if you wanted to rest in the afternoon. It could have been worse, but those details really didn't fit. Such a shame.
