Hotel Roma 62

Breakfast was tasty, and the room stayed quiet despite being in the city center. The hotel is clean and close to the railway station. My room was small but nice, with a good, new bathroom. The walls are thin, though, and I could hear bathroom noises from the next room. Even so, I really enjoyed my stay.

Don't judge it by the outside of the building. I got the last room, a triple all to myself, and it was huge, with a big bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and let me check out late without any fuss because I was working. It can be loud because it's on a busy street, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. That's to be expected. I was satisfied and would recommend it for the price, location, and friendly staff.

We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There's a nearby supermarket, “Lidl,” where you can buy whatever you need, and the main station is about 10 minutes away, with connections to the airport. We'd originally booked BB BuonaLuna hotel near by, but when we arrived to Palermo nobody was there to check us in. After waiting almost 30 minutes at the door, we gave up and looked for somewhere else. Luckily, Hotel Roma62 was only a few steps away and checked us in quickly and easily. Our room was spacious and clean, with nice bedding. It was pretty quiet inside even though the windows faced Via Roma, and we actually had a good view from the window. Very good place!

The room and bathroom were clean and good, set away from the road so it was quiet. The WiFi was poor in the room but worked okay in reception. I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is near the station and central Palermo, on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
