The service was great. We arrived late and there was no problem, and when we left they helped us arrange a car. There was also a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. It’s on the main pedestrian road in the heart of the old city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and bigger than most in Palermo. The jacuzzi and big bed were a surprise, and so was the mirror above the bed on the ceiling. Great experience, would recommend.

The family running the place made us feel at home. They’re kind people and did everything they could to look after us. It’s in a beautifully renovated 18th century building, two minutes from the four corners and the heart of Palermo. Close enough to walk everywhere, but away from the noise and traffic. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next trip.

A terrible hotel. It’s on the fourth floor of a very old building, with a view of a bin from the window. You can’t enter or leave by yourself, so you have to wait for the owner. There are no services here, and you have to carry your suitcase up to a room with no elevator. The street is very crowded and lined with old buildings, and there’s garbage and devastation near the hotel. A dreadful place.
