Birgit and Thomas Ladurner have made us feel so well looked after. The rooms are cleaned regularly and are very clean, and bed linen and towels are supplied. We’ve got a lovely view from the room, and the service has been excellent. Because of the weather, we also used the underground parking, which was very reasonably priced.

Birgit made the stay stand out with her professional, warm welcome. She was courteous, always available, and had great suggestions for things to do and see nearby. The apartment is in Parcines, a pleasant town about ten minutes from Merano and a good base for exploring the Venosta Valley. We appreciated the hotel-like comforts, including daily cleaning and fresh towels, as well as the option to get croissants and fresh bread each morning. A very positive stay, highly recommended.

The shaded northeast-facing balcony was especially nice in July, with a view over the apple orchard and mountains. We stayed ten days in a small apartment, the two of us and our dog, and felt completely at ease. Nothing gave us cause to complain. The hosts were helpful, shared lots of excursion tips, and offered daily cleaning and bread delivery. It’s a lovingly run house, and we’d recommend it without hesitation.

Our experience was fantastic, and the value for money was excellent. We were two friends using the aparthotel as a base for a motorcycle trip around Trentino, and the quiet, well-ventilated location away from the bustle suited us well. The apartment was clean and cared for, the bed very comfortable, and the pillows soft, which made a difference after riding in summer. The owner welcomed us in a simple, friendly way. We used the free indoor parking, which was great for motorcycles, the paid laundry room, and the pool. We didn’t use the guest pass, though it looks useful for walking or taking public transport and includes free entry to various museums. The garden and other outdoor areas were well kept, and the hotel is pet-friendly. I didn’t bring my dogs on this motorcycle trip, but being able to bring them next time is a big plus. A small thing we would have liked was some basics like salt and oil in the apartment. The paid laundry was the only other minor drawback, and that was okay overall.
