For the price, this is pretty good value, especially if you have a car and don’t need room service. That can be tricky on a Sunday morning, when the bar at the adjacent petrol station isn’t open. The room was very clean, maybe because rooms are also used “per hour,” and the decor is kitschy in keeping with that. You can park right in front of your room, and Parma city center is a five-minute drive. It’s by the highway and close to a gas station, so there may be a sketchy side to the place, but I still found it nice for what it costs.

The room was super clean, and the welcoming place works particularly well for a business trip because of the motel’s logistics. My only complaint is that breakfast isn’t included, which feels like poor value considering the price.
