The owner was friendly and helpful, and the house was clean, tidy and roomy. The setting and views were phenomenal. Perugia is 20 minutes away, while Assisi and Gubbio are within an hour. We had a fantastic stay in August and will definitely come back.

Carlo and Letizia were so warm and kind. Letizia even made us a delicious breakfast cake and left some excellent pastries for the journey when we left. Thanks for making us feel so welcome, we hope to come back soon! 😊 We spent three nights at Villa La Moraiola. The apartment was lovely and clean, with everything we needed, but the balcony was the real highlight, with an almost enchanting lake view. The garden was well kept and had very quiet cats and two dogs. The hot tub overlooking the view was rejuvenating, and the whole place was wonderfully silent.

Letizia and Carlo were lovely hosts. We especially enjoyed Letizia's cakes, a different one each evening, and the goodbye in the kitchen will stay with us for a long time. Much love and best wishes to you both, from Beate and Alfred. There was nature, birdsong, wonderful scents and a beautiful view. Such blissful peace and quiet.
