We ended our holiday in Sardegna at this historic palazzo, and it was such a highlight. The owners are warm and welcoming, and have created a real dream for their guests. The building and rooms are stunning, with the historic character carefully preserved alongside modern touches. The renovation was done with real taste and an eco-sustainable approach. Breakfast was lovely too, with quality products that are homemade or locally produced. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend it. We had dinner at the hotel when there were only a few other guests, and Carmen really spoiled us with a wonderful meal. Breakfast was great too. The room was comfortable, and the building’s decorations and attention to detail made this one of my favourite hotel stays. The little town doesn’t have much to do, but wandering its maze-like streets was fascinating and made it well worth a visit. We had a perfect stay at Bisos and would come back if we’re ever in Sardinia again.

Right in the center of this authentic Sardinian town, Bisos feels like a lovely eco-friendly BnB. The included breakfast was really good, and the staff were super friendly. They also helped us sort out an initial problem with our booking. Highly recommended!

Bisos became one of the highlights of our trip, even though we only booked it at the last minute for a night. We were based in Alghero for our week’s holiday and wanted to explore central Sardinia and the south western coast. The eco-tourism ethos is admirable, and every detail in the special building feels carefully thought through. Each room has its own character, and the whole stay was memorable and beautiful. Barbara welcomed us warmly when we arrived and suggested a nice place to go for a drink. That evening, Franca cooked us some amazing food. Barbara and Franca bring the place to life and made us feel at home, in a way that felt familiar while still being away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay and the chats. We hope to see you again.
