Old House

The house, with its stylish, atmospheric feel, made for a wonderful holiday. The scenery and views are stunning, and the pool, terrace, tables, and loungers gave us plenty of ways to relax and enjoy them. It sits high in the mountains, so having a car is a good idea. Then the markets and sea are still within reach, and driving the winding roads as the views change is an adventure in itself. Our lovely hosts greeted us with smiles and regional treats. They were warm and helpful, sharing tips about local markets, attractions, and places to visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a big family or a group of friends looking for a great time. We rented the whole property for five days over New Year’s Eve 2024/2025, as four families with children. It was an amazing experience, and Claudia, the owner, welcomed us so kindly. Hold Hose is surrounded by nature, with an enchanting panorama: the sea to the east, snow-capped Sibillini Mountains to the west, and the Macerata hills to the south. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a wet bar, and terraces on both the ground and first floors. A short flight of steps takes you to the outdoor pool, which isn’t available in winter. Simply magnificent, and an experience I highly recommend.

The owners made us feel so welcome, treating us to a delicious dinner and regional wine. From morning coffee with that breathtaking view to the evening sunsets, we loved our time at this beautiful, fully equipped villa with a pool. We’ll definitely return. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The morning scent of thyme in the dew and the view toward the whitewashed Sibillini Mountains are things I won’t forget. Over three days, my family and I felt so much emotion and positive energy in this magical farmhouse, with its history, lights, and furnishings. The rooms worked well, there were plenty of amenities and comforts, and the view was enchanting. The antique wood, stone walls, and warm lighting give the place a serene, almost enchanting feel. Claudia, the owner, was thoughtful, attentive, positive, and discreet, with the same bright, airy spirit as her farmhouse. Unforgettable days. Thank you, we’ll be back!
