We found the cabins chilly in winter even with the heating on, and there were quite a few drafts. They're small wooden rooms, but they do have what you need, and parking right outside was very handy. The setting is beautiful, with a lovely view. Breakfast was good, though the choices were limited, and it was served at a small restaurant close to the cabins.

I was worried after reading the reviews once we'd already booked, but arriving at Dimora degli Angeli was a really pleasant surprise. It was peaceful, clean, and the welcome was so kind that it felt like being at home. I'd tell people visiting Perugia to stay here, and not let the negative comments put them off. Some people expect too much and can be mean about a B&B. If that's what they want, they should choose a five-star hotel. I'd like to see how their own homes look before they insult the lady and her property. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. I hope we can come back soon.

The price felt far too high for the rooms and service, and we left thinking of it as a place to forget. Our room wasn't like the photos. Mrs. Laura seemed to be taking on too much, and the small prefabricated wooden units had so little room we didn't know where to put our luggage. The sheets and pillowcases were worn, and the cleanliness and hygiene weren't adequate. The door handle was nearly falling apart and needed repair, while the lock didn't work properly. Sugar and tea were loose in a bowl, and even the tea bags were open. There were two of us but we only got one face towel and one shower towel. I asked for more, but they arrived too late. The lady was about to leave without charging us because she'd forgotten, and we stopped her in time.
