Modern and practical, with no frills. The apartments are clean and simple, and the location is central yet quiet. Everything was functional.

We really enjoyed our stay at Welchome Wellness Suites. The location made it easy to visit Perugia and the surrounding area, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the relaxing feel. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved having a private sauna to unwind in. The modern property is carefully maintained, and the staff were always available when we needed them. We’d absolutely recommend it for a relaxing, quality stay, and we’ll definitely return.

The cleaning lady was so kind and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and just as pictured, right in the center of Perugia, which was really convenient. There was complimentary water and a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. We’ll definitely come back.

A cramped 16-square-meter space with a double bed, no proper bedside table, and a kitchenette just 70 cm from the bed, tucked behind the entrance door that opens straight onto it. There wasn't even a dining table, just a 40 cm high coffee table. Calling this an entire apartment is a stretch, a storage room is better laid out. Booking showed a mix of photos from this company's different accommodations, all looking quite upscale. I booked an “entire apartment,” got the confirmation, and then found out I'd chosen one of the “intimate dwellings” on the ground floor. For the date I went, I made do instead of moving to a more honest property, but one star barely conveys how unhappy I was. Definitely the biggest rip-off of 2025. Never again.
