The hostess was warm and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We also found the apartment spotless, with tasteful furnishings and everything well equipped and new. It’s a handy base for seeing Pescara or taking trips nearby, and only about 12 minutes by car from the airport. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

The self-managed, tech-based setup gives you plenty of independence, so it really feels like home. I’ve stayed twice now, and each time the place was quiet, tidy, spotless, and had all the comforts I needed. It’s convenient for the university and has good connections to the city center. I’ll be back.

The area worked really well for us, with all the amenities only a few minutes away on foot. We stayed in a king room on the third floor, and it was spacious and very carefully maintained. Everything was spotless, the staff were attentive and thorough, and we had a small terrace with a lovely view. We had a great time as a couple and highly recommend it for a couples’ break.

We were only there for one night, but the place made a very good impression. The clean, well-kept room had a balcony, and the university is nearby. The sea is also within reach, roughly a 10-15 minute walk away.

A modern, clean place that feels very welcoming. The owners were attentive and ready to help guests. It’s especially handy if you’re in Pescara for something connected with the university. I’d recommend staying here for plenty of reasons.
