The lady was so kind and helpful. We also got a very spacious house at an affordable price. Everything was perfect.

I called to ask for information, but the lady was so rude and arrogant that I had to cancel my reservation. Then she kept texting me for hours. It felt obsessive. Crazy.

The owner was rude. She hung up on us right after we confirmed the reservation because she wouldn't accept it through Booking.com. She wanted a 50% deposit, with the rest due on arrival and no refund at all, which is exactly what Booking.com itself offers for her property. Some places deserve to be shut down altogether.

The food was excellent, with varied, high-quality dishes at both dinner and breakfast. The owners were so friendly and kind, especially Eleonora. Our room was well-appointed and had every comfort, and the place is right in the town center, handy for reaching the main attractions. We were completely satisfied and hope to come back soon.

8/10
The simple breakfast gets a nice touch from homemade tarts and desserts. The recently renovated rooms are cozy and have the basic amenities, making them a good base for exploring the area. They suit people without particular needs who mainly want to be out exploring, rather than looking for extra amenities. The hotel has a welcoming, clean, friendly feel and a very good location.
