NH Linate

The location worked well for me: close to the airport but still peaceful, with parking available. My room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional the whole time. I had a great stay at NH Linate Hotel, Milano, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. 👏😊

The osmanthus tree by the entrance was the only good part of my stay. I arrived close to midnight on Friday and was put in a street-facing room across from a disco. The flashing lights and loud music were obvious as soon as I got in. I expected it to stop by 2 a.m., but it was still going at 3:30. I couldn't sleep, so I called reception. The person said he couldn't reach the club owner and had already called the police. At 4:30 the music was still going; when I called again, he suggested I call the police too. I called 113, waited on the line, and was told they were on their way. The music finally died down around 5:30. Around noon, reception called to say checkout was due and I had to leave because the hotel was fully booked. I tried to explain what had happened overnight, but was still told to go. I just needed a decent place to sleep for one night near the airport. Maybe I should have gone to the club instead. Worst hotel experience I've had in Italy.

I was getting up from the toilet when the flush fell on me. The shower mixer was jammed with absorbent paper. For an airport hotel where guests may leave early, it’s frustrating that breakfast is paid for and there’s no early option. Is this really supposed to be four stars?

The restaurant food was great, and my room stayed clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout my four days. The staff were kind and professional, and handled every room request quickly. As a doctor attending a dental implant training with Biologitech, I found the location very handy: close to the airport and just minutes from the companies I needed to visit. I first thought it was far from central Milan, but it suited my trip perfectly. The nearest metro station is a six-minute walk away. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return. A five-star experience.
