We were charged an extra 20 euros for being just 10 minutes late to check in. Finding the house from the street was difficult, which is why we were late. That charge is ridiculous.

The owner was kind and helpful without being intrusive, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our cozy apartment was tastefully furnished and had the essentials: a fridge, washing machine, shower, microwave, and kettle. We got there by bus from Verona Airport, and Peschiera Station is also easy to reach by bus. The lake and city center are about a 10-minute walk away. We had a pleasant holiday.

After checkout, the lady called us twice around lunchtime to say the air conditioning remote was missing. She hadn't checked whether it was already missing before we arrived, and we never saw or used the remote.

My wife, child, and I had a wonderful stay during the PeschieraTRI. The rooms were modern, well kept, nicely furnished, and a good size. They had a fridge, kettle, microwave, and basic dishes for preparing meals. The bathroom included a washing machine, though it had no bidet. The town center and lake shore are only a few hundred meters away. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed warmly, and the room was cozy with comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The location was excellent. Our bathroom had a washing machine, but no bidet and, more importantly, no towel rack. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
