The bungalows are decent and the surrounding area is okay. But if you're hoping to swim, relax or spend time at the hotel, this may not be the place. The lake on this side is dirty, and you have to go a long way to find a slightly more civilized lakeside spot. With 8,000 people at the campsite, it was absolute chaos, especially around the pools. It feels somewhere between Benidorm and Kavos, but for families.

Fresh towels every day and very nice drinks. The hotel pool is lovely and much quieter than the bigger pools in the camping resort.

The grounds are large and well maintained, and the rooms are okay. The sports area has volleyball, football, tennis and archery, though it's very dusty there. Getting into the room was the hard part. After a six-hour drive, we stood in line for over an hour and a half just to check in. The check-in process was absolutely horrible.

We spent a week here, in a quiet area within walking distance of Peschiera. Everyone on staff was helpful and happy to answer questions. We didn't use the facilities at the adjoining campsite, so can't comment on them, though we could hear music at night. It didn't bother us. The restaurant next door served lovely food and had gluten-free options. Drinks at the bar were more hit and miss: sometimes no one was free to serve because the staff were busy at the restaurant, and when someone was available, the only place to sit was the dark breakfast room. A lounge area would be a nice addition. I'd definitely return.
