The view and the quiet at night made this place feel special, and we only wished we'd booked more than one night. We were on a motorcycle tour, so the private parking was especially useful. The farmhouse has been renovated but still keeps its rural character, and it's set among the Marche hills. Fabio greeted us straight away with lovely coffee and so much warmth. Our room was clean, carefully kept, comfortable, and had air conditioning, a hairdryer, TV, and even mosquito repellent. Breakfast was a real highlight: Fabio and Pierina served homemade strawberry tart, artisanal jams, local biscuits, fresh local cheeses, and cured meats. I have food restrictions and allergies, and they thoughtfully took them into account. There's also a pool guests can use at any time. We'll definitely return and recommend it!

We spent a weekend with friends relaxing by the pool and pampering the lovely Era. The breakfasts were delicious, with local cheeses and cured meats as well as homemade cakes and jams. The house is spotless, beautifully furnished, and so well cared for, and the owners are kind and helpful. It's a wonderful spot for anyone who likes being surrounded by nature, just a short distance from Macerata in the Marche hills. Can't wait to visit again and try the restaurant they're planning to open for guests. Highly recommended!

The owners make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. Our room was comfortable, clean, and really charming, while the setting and views of the Sibillini Mountains were enchanting. Breakfast was fantastic, better than at many luxury hotels. Recommended.

I felt at home right away, thanks to the owners' hospitality and the lovely green setting I was hoping to find. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and kept in great shape. Breakfast has authentic flavors from Marche. I could happily live somewhere like this!

Tucked into the hills of the Marche hinterland near Petriolo, this charming B&B is quiet and peaceful. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and have air conditioning. The owners are very kind, there's a small pool outside, and breakfast is excellent.
