Hotel & Residence La Sibilla Cusiana

Definitely get a room facing the lake, the view is beautiful. The staff were so warm and kind, they really made us feel like family. They also spoke fluent English and French, which was a big help.

We’re already thinking about coming back. La Sibilla is a lovely family-run hotel, and Roberta and her family made us feel right at home. Chef Antonio did a great job too. We ordered from the à la carte menu, enjoyed the range of local Italian dishes, and liked relaxing with a drink outside while looking over the lake in the fresh air. There’s a bar as well. Our room was clean, roomy, and cozy, with a balcony bigger than most we’ve had. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and had a tub. There wasn’t a big TV, but with that lake view from the balcony, we didn’t miss one. The drive from Milan took about an hour with hardly any traffic. The green mountain curves and fresh air were lovely, and the lake view from the hotel is wide open. We felt fresh and breezy during our stay. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. We had a beautiful stay and a great experience, and we’re planning another visit. Check their site for prices and go, you won’t regret it.

The room and meals were excellent, and everything was clean, with a stunning view. Staff were first-rate throughout, from the welcome at reception to their knowledge of the area and the thoughtful conversations. They were always happy to go the extra mile. I’d love to come back soon. Five stars.

We stayed for ten days and had a very nice time at this small hotel. Our spacious, modern room was clean, with good-quality bedding that was changed at least three times. The staff were polite and efficient, and the restaurant on site served delicious food. The menu was fairly limited and stayed the same throughout our visit. There’s a road between the hotel and lake, so the area can be noisy, though the double glazing in the rooms helps a lot.
