I was driving from Sicily back to Milan and chose this place for a one-night stop, partly because it’s close to the Cassino toll booth. They kindly waited for me after check-in time. The property is new, spotless, and comfortable, set in a peaceful green area. In the morning the hostess was lovely and served a really good breakfast with homemade cakes and pies. Great value. I’d recommend it.

The stay started well: the young woman who met us that evening was polite, warm, and professional. Our room was roomy, clean, nicely furnished, and had air conditioning, a TV, and a shower. We’d stopped on the way home from Basilicata, drawn by the good reviews and the location near the Cassino toll booth. By morning, though, the person there had changed. She seemed irritated by us, was rude and arrogant, and pushed the breakfast menu at us without a word. The breakfast itself was nothing special. There was no decaf coffee, pineapple juice was served no matter which juice we asked for, and the rib eye was definitely not homemade. The way the lady treated us was what really left us speechless. At 8:48 she shouted that we had to leave the room by 10:30. We quickly collected our bags, got off the plane immediately, and left, shocked by the lack of hospitality and manners.

The hosts were very attentive, and the room was spacious and very clean with a nice shower. There’s gated, secure parking for the car too. Yes, I’d absolutely recommend it, and you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about the car.

We had everything we needed for breakfast, including the bacon and eggs we’d requested ahead of time. From the terrace and parking area in the morning, you can see the Montecassino, which is definitely worth seeing. We stayed one night on October 25th and would happily return. Thank you, Signora Giuseppina. It was dark when we arrived at this quiet place, a little out of the way, with no street noise. We got a friendly welcome and found the rooms very clean and lovingly decorated in Italian country style. There’s secure parking.
