I had a great three-night stay here. Luca was so enthusiastic and helpful. Since I was traveling alone without a driver's license, he explained how to rent an E bike and suggested places to visit. He even put all the information on a paper for me, which was really thoughtful. There are three very cute kittens, too. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, just right for some peaceful time in nature away from the city. The 112 bus is only about a three-minute walk away, I think, and getting to Pienza or Siena by public transport was quite convenient, even for someone like me traveling without a car. I told my friends they should come here if they get the chance to visit Italy. I may come back with my mom this winter, or maybe return to Italy next year. It definitely won't be my last stay here, and if I can, I might come every summer. I really recommend it. Nights in the mountains are bound to be cold, so bring a thick jacket or sweater just in case. I hope everyone has a lovely time here. It's also fairly close to Church.

We spent a week at the villa with a photography group and really enjoyed the location, right in the heart of classic Tuscany. There are about 25 rooms, and breakfast was decent. The only letdown was the lack of bathroom amenities, though we could easily pick those up nearby in San Quirico.

Luca made us feel right at home, and our room was comfortable, had the essentials, and gave us a restful place to return to after exploring. The farm was so peaceful at the end of each day, even though there are plenty of charming towns within a 15-30 minute drive. I'd recommend renting a car to make the most of the area. The grounds are beautifully kept, and we loved the breathtaking views and sunsets. The pool looks out over that scenery, though the weather unfortunately meant we couldn't use it. We stayed three nights and had a genuinely lovely time. Highly recommend!

Luca was kind enough to give us a premium room for our stay, and he was very nice and helpful. The place was spotless and the view was amazing. We'd come back anytime!

Luca was a gracious host and gave us useful information about the area. The place is stunning, with one of the greatest views in Val dorcha right beside the rooms. Highly recommend!
