We stayed at the end of September, and the room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Monica and her family make their own wine and olive oil. It really feels like an Agriturismo, with a lovely countryside atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, and delicious breakfasts. Warmly recommended!

The picnic-basket breakfasts were a highlight, freshly made and brought each morning so we could eat at our own pace in the quiet. Our spotless room had beautiful views of the landscape and Pienza, and the sunny, peaceful pool area was a lovely place to relax. Agriturismo Cerreto is just a short walk from charming Pienza, where I had some of the best Italian food I’ve eaten. Monica welcomed us from the moment we arrived and was incredibly kind. This has been my favorite vacation spot so far. If you want to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany, thank you, Monica, for making our stay so memorable!

We really enjoyed our three days here. Host Monica is warm and charming, and the farm sells its own wine, olive oil, and a few other things. Pienza is a lovely town about ten minutes away. Our Rosa room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a small kitchenette where we could prepare meals. The private patio outside, where breakfast is served, has an incredible view of the Toscana hills. The Agriturismo is surrounded by woods, with olive groves and vineyards on the grounds. There’s a large patio and a grassy terrace with plenty of tables and chairs for relaxing and watching the sunset, plus a path that takes about 20 minutes into the woods behind the terrace. A few things to know: wifi is strong outside but less reliable in the Rosa room, and the bed could be firmer. Some restaurants close on Wednesday and Thursday.

We loved the charming breakfast touch: every morning there was a basket of food waiting for us when we woke up. The owner was happy to suggest local restaurants, and all the ones we tried turned out great. It’s also a perfect base for visiting nearby towns. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Italy, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Monica, the owner, was absolutely lovely, and the property is beautiful with very nice rooms. The breakfast basket was delightful too. I can’t give it five stars because there’s no air conditioning and not much to do besides relax, but I’d still recommend staying here.
