Residenza d'Epoca La Rosa

Andrea was thoughtful about the details and attentive to what we needed. He was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate. The apartment was exactly as pictured, modern, clean, and comfortable, with room for our family of four. Set in historic downtown Pienza, it's within walking distance of most places. We loved our time there, and I'd give it an even higher rating if I could.

We felt right at home here, especially with the great hot shower and strong water pressure. The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the decor is lovely. The kitchen works well for simple meals, and at night it was very quiet. It's just steps from the main Piazza. Andrea was so sweet and helpful, with great sightseeing suggestions and advice that led us to wonderful wine tastings. We can't wait to return to Residenza d’Epoca La Rosa. Highly recommend!

Andrea met us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and gave us a little introduction to the town and its history, plus some dinner suggestions. The apartment and location were just right. Pienza is a quaint little town, well placed for day trips around the area. We only wish we'd stayed longer and definitely plan to come back someday.

The apartment was easily the best we've stayed in. It felt like home, with a new, spacious interior and a lot of thought put into making it warm and welcoming. The owner met us and left plenty of written tips on places to eat and things to see. There was tea, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt for breakfast, plus warm croissants delivered to the door every morning at 8. The town location was great and quiet. Just be aware there are two flights of stairs and no driving or parking in the historic district, which could be hard for someone with mobility challenges. For us, it was easy.
