Garage 47 After visiting Pienza for about eight years, this is easily our favorite place to stay. The peaceful feel and delicious breakfasts made it hard to leave, and we already know we'll come back on future trips. The B&B has a fun retro-chic look, with stylish Smeg pieces that give it character. Our room was spotless and carefully put together, with a complimentary minibar and, for anyone who cares about such things, a really good hair dryer. It smelled fresh as soon as we came in, and everything felt clean and looked after. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. We loved it all and wished we'd booked a few more days.

The owners were incredibly kind and quick to respond. They even packed a little doggy bag for our long drive home, and asked about our preferred pillows when we arrived. Our room was lovely, very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated, with enough for either a short or longer stay. Breakfast had loads of choice, both sweet and savory, and the owners had asked about dietary needs ahead of time. We also had a private parking spot, which was safe and very handy since parking in Pienza can be tricky. The center is under five minutes away on foot. We'd recommend this place without hesitation, 10000%.

Dinner at their restaurant was a real wow, just a few minutes' walk away, with the Tuscan landscape right in front of us. The garage itself was a wonderful surprise, too. It's a stylish, inventive place about two minutes from the historic center. I loved the design, the breakfast, and all the little details. It made me want to stay longer.

We loved sitting outside with our morning coffee and that gorgeous view. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. The hosts were warm and attentive, and even went out of their way to help us find a place to stay for the next part of our trip. The rooms are spacious, new, and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. We spent two nights here in mid-May at this unique B&B in lovely Pienza. It was one of our favorite hotels during six weeks in Italy. Have them book dinner for you at their restaurant in town, La Terrazza del Chiostro. Great wine and food, with the best view in Pienza.
