The main drawback for me was the WiFi. At 1-2Mb it was just about enough for email, but anything more online was a struggle, and I needed it. With faster internet, I’d give this five stars. Otherwise, this is a beautifully presented B&B Boutique hotel with friendly hosts and good service. On a hot day, the small pool is a welcome refresh, with comfortable loungers, tables, and chairs. There’s also a lovely outdoor area for breakfast or relaxing at any time. The rooms are very nice and well equipped, and the new bathrooms have great showers. A little more shelf or side space in the room would help with putting things down. Still, it’s top class, a rare find for Italy.

Chiara and Sergio are lovely and helpful, and we felt at home here. The B&B is well maintained and very nice, not far from the center of Pietrasanta. It’s also a good base for exploring the surrounding area.

Many greetings from Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main), and thanks to the very friendly host. A wonderful location.

The owners canceled our reservation just a few days before we were due to arrive, even though we’d booked it back in April. They gave no reason, and when I asked why, I got no answer.
