The dinner arrangements were a mess. We agreed on and paid for menu choices that were never served, and on 1/1/2026 there wasn't even a table set up for dinner. The staff couldn't organize the dining room. Breakfast was ridiculous, and the spa couldn't be used because there was no staff. Our rooms were full of mold, and we had no hot water for one night and the following morning. The services felt more like a hostel.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were fantastic. A beautiful experience in this place.

We stayed for 4 nights. The fourth night, a Christian group sang and played music past midnight. On the first two evenings, a group of French children shouted and banged around until at least 11.30, and even their teachers joined in.

You should know this place is here, or you'll never find it. It's a recently renovated, second-generation hotel without a restaurant, which may suit certain audiences.

I went a couple of years ago and had a beautiful view. The bathroom and bedroom were good too, and the service was very good.
