We had a very stressful stay, with problems ranging from missing basics to difficulty leaving the property. There was no soap in the kitchen or bathroom, no toilet paper, and not enough bedding for the number of guests in our booking. When we arrived, the owner asked for extra money on top of what we had paid through Booking.com. We weren’t given a specific amount or proper paperwork or receipts explaining the charges. When we asked about them, the owner became increasingly aggressive, raised his voice, and used inappropriate language while insisting on more money. It made our group feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. The most concerning part came when we tried to leave. The owner positioned his vehicle so that our cars couldn’t get out of the parking area, stopping us from leaving when we wanted to. Given the combination of missing essentials, unexplained fees, the owner’s conduct, and the blocked exit, I’d strongly suggest considering other accommodation in the area. I wouldn’t recommend this place or return.

Our vacation was ruined, and I’d tell others to avoid this place. I felt abused, harassed, and publicly shamed. Gloria, Filippo, and their brother were, in my experience, completely unreasonable owners. They wouldn’t let us drive out of the property, and swore at us aggressively and rudely, cursed Americans, and said we owed them money just for being on their land. They gave us an ultimatum to pay cash if we wanted to leave. They also refused to communicate through Booking.com. There were many basic problems: no shampoo, shower gel, soap, or dishwasher pads despite the Booking.com description; the bathroom flooded; and there were no garbage bins or bags despite the description. We had no spoons, no clean water, no kettle, no proper towels, and no AC. The shower doors were broken and didn’t provide privacy. Dangerous and unfriendly. Never again.

The rooms were well kept, everything was very clean, and the service was really nice. The house is perfect for skiing and more, with incredible views. From behind the house you can see a lovely mountain with a ski lift on it. It definitely deserves five stars.

We spent a week there and rented three apartments. The host had thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchens were extremely well equipped, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms amazing, and everything was spotless. The location worked perfectly for our skiing week, only five minutes from either Pinzolo or Madonna si Campiglio.
