Ristorante Albergo Genzianella

The restaurant was a highlight. The young chef is really talented, and every dish we tried was delicious. Hats off to him! The waiter spoke excellent English, and the bartender was lovely. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and gave good advice. The atmosphere was warm, family-like, and cosy, a lovely place to relax after tough days on the slopes. We had an incredible 5-day ski trip at Hotel Ristorante Genzianella, in a peaceful, quiet area with little around it. We drove each day to the Grostè parking lot, 3 minutes away, to get to the lifts. The ski bus was available, but its timetable didn't work well for us, so driving was better. All-day parking cost €6, which was very reasonable. Breakfast was included and tasty, though it wasn't quite what we're used to in Poland. Most options were sweet pastries, which we understand is common for breakfast in Italy. There were always small rolls, one type of ham, and cheese, and we could make toast. We missed cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, but that's a minor point and doesn't affect our impression of the hotel. The room was a little small for 4 adults, with 1 double bed and a bunk bed, and the internet wasn't very stable. Given the remote location, that was understandable and didn't affect our stay overall. We left with wonderful memories and are already planning to return next year. We'll be back next year! [delicious team]

The food was terrible, what a pity. The waiters are inexperienced and slow, students from hotel schools. I loved eating here under the previous management.

The view was amazing, and so was the food. I only ate at the restaurant, I didn't stay at the hotel.

The room felt a bit cramped, and ours had just one bedside table. The hotel itself had a cozy feel, and the staff were really friendly.
