We especially appreciated the shuttle to the ski lift. It was convenient and punctual, and there was a heated room for drying skis and boots. Private parking is right beside the hotel, too. The rooms were carefully cleaned every day, and the staff were warm, helpful, and professional, with a charming eye for detail. Dinner was delicious throughout our stay. There were three choices each day, and every dish was excellent; the restaurant service was friendly and attentive. It's a very cosy hotel, and the whole team made our holiday feel special. ❤️

Pinzolo is a beautiful old town, with plenty of little bars and shops, and we'd happily book again. The hotel itself feels authentically Italian, with great food and wine and fabulous, helpful staff. Its location is handy for both the ski bus and the lift.

The half-board restaurant was amazing, and the staff were great. The location is good too, with a speedy ski shuttle making it even more convenient.

We stopped in for an afternoon merenda, with hot chocolate and other hot drinks, and had a really nice time. The bar is pleasant and quiet. Everyone welcomed us and our four children warmly and was kind and attentive.
