The owner and staff were courteous and always smiling, despite what some other reviews say. The room was a little small, but fine for two people on a three-day holiday. There's a wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna for a small fee. Breakfast is free and now includes eggs, with more than enough to eat in the morning. The restaurant's food was better in both quality and quantity than I'd gathered from some reviews.

We'd read some older reviews and had concerns, but our stay was very good. The room was clean and big, the beds comfortable, and the temperature was good. The staff were very nice. Dinner was great with a range of options. Breakfast was nice too, though there were no hot choices like eggs or sausages. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the gondola. The main annoyance was the Wi-Fi: most days I couldn't connect, probably because the other guests were already connected.

We ended up finding different accommodation ourselves, so the apartment stay was a waste of time and money. The advertised apartment isn't in the vila; it's in a separate house, about a three-minute drive away. None of the listed facilities were available there, not even internet. If you arrange meals, you have to drive to the vila for each one. The apartment was dated and dirty, with cigarette butts behind the bedroom furniture. When we raised the false advertising, the staff were rude and unapologetic.

It's conveniently close to the lift for Pinzolo's ski resort, but away from the centre, so it's very quiet. After a day skiing, the spa is just what you need, and it isn't as expensive as the other hotels in town. The staff were very friendly too. Thanks a lot!

The beds were awful and everything felt gross. The food portions were tiny and horrible, and it looked undercooked. Staff were rude, and when they cleaned the room they took our food. This hotel was a joke, and I don't recommend staying here for a holiday.
