Hotel Mediceo 42 was a great base for exploring the area, with a perfect location and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making for a comfortable, relaxing stay. There was also an endless supply of complimentary water bottles, a thoughtful extra. I'd highly recommend Hotel Mediceo 42 for a top-notch stay.

Our room was spacious and really comfortable, with plenty of free water. The location was ideal, it was very quiet, and the price was reasonable. We were delayed and didn't get in until after midnight, but the driver who picked us up from the airport for a small fee was friendly and welcoming. Amazing stay. Highly recommend.

Roberto's prompt, helpful replies made things easy, and this morning his father Vito drove us to the airport. We stayed only one night before our flight out of Pisa, but based on that short visit, it was a very good experience. The rooms were bright and clean. Grazie mille!!

The staff were so friendly and took time to recommend places to go and explain how everything worked. They also gave us good food suggestions, which I always appreciate. The room was pretty and clean, and so was the bathroom. The location is great, with everything within a 10-15-minute walk. Private parking with valet service is available too, a huge plus in a car free zone like Pisa.

The owner was helpful, and there’s a fridge stocked with water bottles guests can take. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed. It was a little noisy, though, since our room opened straight onto the living room and the other three rooms were close together. We could’ve used an extra blanket because the one provided was very thin. Still, it was a good place to stay in Pisa, and we’d come back.
