Near It All

We waited around 10 minutes to get inside because we couldn't find the receptionist. Once there, the staff were impolite, and there was a sheet behind the room doors listing charges for almost everything, including leaving the fan on. They charge 10€ for every hour you arrive late, so watch out. The room was like a sauna even though it was cold outside, and the fan was noisy. The place was loud all the time, the bathroom was dirty, and nothing seemed to work. Our room had one child's bed and another old one covered in dust. This was the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed in, and I've been to some bad ones. I'd consider somewhere else, even for just one night.

The room was spacious, which was the one good thing. The toilet had bugs, the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, and the kitchen was filthy. Breakfast was awful, just prepackaged sweet croissants and cornflakes. The fan couldn't keep up with the heat. We paid 50 euros for one night, and I'm glad we only stayed that long.

The staff were friendly, and the room was OK for a few days. It was an easy walk to the central train and bus stations. Breakfast was acceptable, and takeaway was available. I'd give it 3/5.

The room gave us privacy, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. It was easy to access and in a good location. The toilets were dirty and broken, though, and there was so little space we couldn't use the shower.
