The room was okay, the staff super friendly, and the price felt good for what we got. If you have a day in Pisa and want to explore a bit, the location is fantastic. Lots of places to eat and drink are within walking distance. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were modern, really nice, and quite spacious, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a really nice spread too. It’s a wonderful hotel, only 2km from the leaning tower.

The service was nice, but this felt like a pretty average hotel. There was construction outside our room, and it was loud, almost like someone was standing by the window. I’m not sure the air conditioning worked. The tower is somewhat far from the hotel, though there’s a nearby bus. There isn’t much else in Pisa apart from the tower.

The rooms have a traditional Italian style, and everything was very clean. The people were really nice too. Just be aware there isn't a gym, if that's something you need.

Breakfast was the standout for me, with a buffet room full of Italian specialties. The staff were friendly, and for what we paid the stay felt well worth it. We had expected a spa on site, but there wasn't one. With the kids, we instead took a bus from the main station to a nice nearby beach for the afternoon, and also went into Pisa city. There was a tasty restaurant just across the road from the hotel as well. Our room for four was a decent size and came with a good smart TV, a Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, and a mini fridge that they regularly topped up with water. The location worked well too, with a bus stop right outside that made getting around easy.
