Breakfast had plenty of choice and was both generous and tasty, and the staff were genuinely friendly, especially the hotel manager. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with lots of facilities around the hotel. We really liked our stay. It would be nice if the bar were open after 8pm.

The reception team made the biggest impression on me. Ava was warm, interested in how my time in Pisogne was going, and gave me helpful advice. Orietta, the manager, was caring and quick to sort out my questions and requests. They both put a lot of effort into making my two days enjoyable, with great attention to detail. The rest of the staff were welcoming too, and hurried the room cleaning along when I arrived exhausted. I was offered an upgrade to the Junior Suite. It was spacious, spotless and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and fantastic views over Lake Iseo. Breakfast was varied, with delicious cakes and excellent coffee. The hotel is stylish, well located, and a high quality boutique place to stay. I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally kind and ready to help, and breakfast and the other services were very good too. It's just a short walk from the pleasant town center, where there are a couple of really good restaurants. A great base for road cycling as well. I'd happily come back 🤩

We hired bikes and had a great time exploring the lake that way. Back at the hotel, the service felt personal and friendly, the room was comfortable, and breakfast tasted good. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the end of May. The location was just right, and both the room and terrace were pleasant places to relax. Everyone working there was extremely friendly. We'd definitely return for another holiday.
