The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was superb. Our suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and cool, with lovely countryside views from this well-located hotel. The pool was a little small, though it wasn’t crowded when we were there.

We flew over from New York City with my family, and Torre Fiore was the perfect place to unwind together and experience real Italian life. The team and service were first class, always meeting your needs with a smile. We enjoyed everything from breakfast to drinks by the pool and dinner, all of it delicious. I’d highly recommend staying here as a base for seeing Matera and other parts of Puglia.

Jessica gave us incredibly attentive, 5-star service, and the staff shared wonderful suggestions for places to eat, towns to see, and tour guides they arranged for us. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, a welcome pause from the bustle of Matera. You should visit Matera if you’re in the area.

We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there every night. The chef and waiter were very professional, and we especially want to thank the female chef and the Maitre "Baffo", whose suggestions were always great. We spent five days here, one of our best stays. Our room was huge, well laid out, and everything worked. The staff were lovely and always keen to help us have a great holiday. It’s quiet and just five minutes from the sea, while Matera is about 45 minutes away.
