Set in a restored old house, this authentic B&B has a little patio where you can relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful with tips on places to visit or parking in nearby cities. You can walk to all of Pistoia from here.

There’s a lovely terrace to sit on, and the breakfast spread includes juice, tea, coffee, pastries, cake, muesli, yoghurt, and toast with jam. Their leaflet says a cooked savory breakfast is available on request for an extra fee. The room was distinctive and comfortable, with water, towels, and soap provided. There’s also a small kitchenette with tea, coffee, biscuits, a microwave, and a fridge. Friendly service, and close to the squares and sights.

Really lovely service and breakfast. It’s such a nice place that visiting it almost feels worthwhile on its own.
