B&B Casa Angelieri

We only had one night here and wished we'd had longer. The setting was truly picturesque, the room and views were stunning, and we were upgraded to a room with an amazing sea view. The double bed was very comfortable, with modern features, and the bathroom had modern fittings and a shower that worked well. Breakfast, served on the terrace, was very good. You choose the night before, and they bring it at the time you request. There's a small fridge in the room, and they left two small bottles of water. The grounds have loungers and umbrellas. We had an evening Apero on the terrace and watched the sunset right next to Stromboli. Our bicycles were safe just inside the entrance, where they let us park them. Messages with the hosts worked extremely well, and they were quick to respond to any question. They even sent a video showing how to get to our room, since there are lots of different stairs.

Rita and her staff made breakfast lovely, and the views from Casa Angelieri were spectacular. We stayed in two rooms for a wedding near Pizzo in Sep 2025: room 8 was modern and recently renovated, while room 1 had a rustic feel. My husband preferred room 8; I was fine with room 1, and it was interesting seeing the difference in one B&B. Salvatore and Rita were communicative from the time we booked and answered my questions about fitting two adults and two kids. There’s parking at the nearby Papa Inferiore lot, with three levels outside. One lot is free and two are paid; the parking app costs 1 euro an hour, with parking free from midnight to 8. It’s a bit of a hike along the road with luggage, though a cab can drop you closer.

Even with less than ideal weather, the sea looked beautiful from the place. It’s close to the square in the city center, and the decor is lovely. Breakfast was high standard for both southern and northern Europeans. Salvatore communicated in English and checked that everything was all right, while Rita was kind in the morning, serving breakfast and handling checkout.

A peaceful, very quiet place that’s definitely worth a visit. The building and rooms are beautiful, and there’s a breathtaking view from everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The housekeeping ladies and the owner were friendly and helpful.
