8/10
The private parking is shaded and very convenient. Shops, buses, and trains are all close by, even though the center of Poggibonsi, just a two-minute walk away, isn’t much to look at. The apartment is reasonably clean, though older and sparsely equipped. They provided two fans because there’s no air conditioning. Passing trains are the main drawback, especially in the morning. The windows can be hard to open and sometimes stick.

6/10
The location is strategic and the building elegant, but the rooms have no air conditioning or mosquito nets. The furnishings are vintage, the shower is inside the toilet, and it feels like poor value for money.
