The location and surrounding area were great. Our room was big and clean, and breakfast was acceptable.

I stayed from August 25 to 29, 2025, and the access and room setup would have put me off booking if I’d known beforehand. The room is very basic and has no window, so all the light comes from the ceiling fixture. It felt oppressive, and anyone who’s claustrophobic should avoid it. The stairs are also hard to manage if you have even a minor knee problem. The air conditioner is noisy and underpowered. Calling this place a hotel feels misleading, since there are no services and getting in is difficult. There’s nowhere to stop to unload luggage or park. Some younger guests might laugh off these drawbacks, but they’re important to know before deciding.

We had good communication with Roberto over WhatsApp, and he suggested several restaurants. The room was very clean, on a pleasant street close to the town center. Breakfast was set out from 8:00 AM for us to take back to our room. We left the car for free at the station, then walked about 10 minutes through the charming town.

Breakfast on our private terrace was a real highlight, and everything was clean and comfortable. The owners were courteous and helpful, which made us feel even more welcome. The property is brand new and sits in a quiet part of Polignano's historic center, with the main sights only a few hundred meters away. Everything is easy to reach on foot. We'd gladly come back!
