This is a private apartment, not a hotel, and noise carries from the other rooms. Getting hot water is tricky too, since you have to turn on the gas stove to boil it.

The owners of B&B Cornelia gave us such a warm welcome and useful suggestions about where to eat and the ruins. The place is very clean, in a pretty central spot, and breakfast was great. We spent a couple of days in Pompeii and highly recommend it.
