The hosts, Michela and her brother, were so kind, friendly, and helpful, with great suggestions for things to do and see and places to eat. The property is new and modern, and the rooms are spacious, large, and really clean, with comfortable bathrooms and showers. Both my room and the breakfast room had a wonderful view of Vesuvius. A perfect location for visiting the excavations.

The excavations are very close, which made getting around easy. Our room and the breakfast room both looked out toward Vesuvius, and the room itself was new, spotless, and had its own bathroom. The owner welcomed us so warmly and was cheerful and full of helpful tips about sights, transport, and places to eat. Highly recommend.

A peaceful spot if quiet is what you’re after, with a very kind hostess and a generous breakfast of local food. The apartment is fresh and well furnished, as is the building, though the place itself isn’t especially spacious. It’s in a block with two or four bedrooms, and breakfast is in the kitchen, so you can hear the noise in the rooms. There’s no daily housekeeping. Getting there can be a little awkward: it’s surrounded by fields and about 900 meters on foot from the town center.

Michela was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and always available. The rooms and hospitality were wonderful too. And it’s just a few meters from both the center and the Pompeii excavations. 10+.
