The rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean. Getting in and out was quick and easy with self check-in, even after the listed hours, as long as you contact the owner. We had an issue with the hot water in August. It wasn’t too serious, and the owner replied immediately and was keen to fix it. A technician came the next day. The place is right on the main shopping street, though the bar across the road makes some noise until it quiets down at 23:00. It’s about a 10-minute walk to one entrance of the excavations, or around 30 minutes to the main entrance. The train station is very close, but check the route: the train goes to Naples, not Sorrento.

We had a lovely long weekend at this small place in Pompeji. The service was great and very helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Our simple room was tidy and really clean. I liked having a little table and two chairs on the balcony, overlooking the pedestrian zone where we could watch the sunset. It’s ideally located near the main bar area, yet the surroundings stay quiet.

It’s at the quiet end of the Main Street that eventually leads to the Pompeii entrance, and the price was reasonable. Inside, the place is modern, clean, air-conditioned, and includes breakfast. We stayed one night while visiting Pompeii, and it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Check-in confused us at first, but we figured it out: use the door next to the nail salon and press the top button. Just let the staff know when you’re arriving. Would recommend.

Right in the heart of Pompei, close to the main square but still quiet, with a really nice atmosphere. Angela was a great host. Definitely a lovely place to stay in Pompei!
