Residenza Madonna

The owner was friendly and helpful, and there are lots of good restaurants and cafes a short walk away. The place is also close to two different train stations, and the Pompeii archaeological site is roughly a 20-minute walk. We had a huge room in a nice apartment building, plus a huge terrace. There was a refrigerator, though I was surprised there wasn’t a desk.

Teresa was an exceptional host and helped us so much, she made the stay feel like six stars. The huge room had high ceilings and giant doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the church. It felt very safe, and the church, station, restaurants, and ruins were all within walking distance. Highly recommend, and I’d stay again.

Teresa stayed in touch before, during, and after our visit to make sure we were having a good time. She helped us find activities and accommodated a few last-minute changes. Residenza Madonna is modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable, in a handy spot between Pompei and Pompei Santuario stations. The old Pompeii ruins are close, as are plenty of shops, cafes, and nice restaurants. You’ve found the right place, so you can stop looking and book Residenza Madonna.

Our host was great and very understanding about the transit issues we had at check-in and check-out. The rooms were lovely, and the location was nice, near the main train station and close to the ruins.
