The village is just as spectacular as this charming place. The house is wonderful, kept clean and tidy, and has every comfort you could ask for.

The kitchen has everything you need, which isn’t always the case, and the apartment is clean and nicely furnished. It’s right in the center of San Ponzo Semola, a quaint, quiet little village. Getting to the house could be tricky with a really large car or van. I think you can park nearby and walk, and it’d be worth it.

We spent three weeks there in August and had such a great time. Valentina and Michele were wonderful, welcoming hosts, and we hit it off so quickly that we came back for a weekend just a month later. We already missed that lovely stone house! And legendary Diana 🐕 was so cuddly. She and our Minu had so many races while we watched. It was lovely being there!

A great base for exploring the Oltrepo Pavese, with a charming, well-kept village around it. We spent one night at this lovely, peaceful B&B, which is part of the owners’ new life project. Everything was excellent, very clean and well maintained, and wonderfully quiet. The owners are kind and welcoming, and happy to share ideas and suggestions for making the most of the area. We highly recommend it.
