Bus drivers, watch out for the dip at the entrance. A 12-meter bus could scrape the ground there. If you're driving a 14-meter bus, you'll definitely need to let passengers and luggage off on the main road.

The location is a long way from the city, so having your own transport is important if you plan to go there. Inside, the hotel was clean and spacious, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The shower was adequate for a short stay, though a bit more space would have been nice. There was just one outlet in the room, and the TV was plugged into it, so we had to unplug the TV. With transport, I had a good experience overall.

Breakfast was decent, and the staff did try to help when they could. The rest of the stay was frustrating, especially with a summer event nearby. Our room looked dated, with visible stains and wear, and on a 35°C day the air conditioning didn't work. Opening the window was the only relief, which is ridiculous in 2025. The shower sprayed everywhere except where it needed to, and the bathroom had an awkward napkin-style toilet roll dispenser instead of a standard roll. The WiFi was unreliable too. This place didn't feel ready for an event or focused on guests' comfort. If you're coming for a wedding or another local event, especially in summer, I'd look for an Airbnb or commute from a better-rated hotel.

We spent four days here, and I found the stay awful and torturous. The bathrooms weren't nice, some windows wouldn't open, and the bathrooms had no windows at all, so there was nowhere for air to circulate and they smelled after use. The breakfast wasn't edible, especially the eggs. There was an ugly rug throughout the place that looked like it had never been cleaned, and on the first floor there was a puke-like stain in front of a room. I completely disagree with the reviews calling the hotel clean. The playroom was probably the only good part, since it gave us something to do. Service was good, and when we accidentally got locked outside, they gave us as many keycards as we needed. But overall, I wouldn't stay here again. It was far from Rome, despite reviews saying it was close. Do better.
